| Andrew graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy with his BS in Marine Engineering (Systems) in 1991 and received his MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2000. He currently holds a First Assistant Engineer Steam/ Second Assistant Engineer Diesel License.
Andrew has over nine (9) years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and trouble-shooting of mechanical and electrical equipment dealing with marine steam and diesel power plants as well as industrial manufacturing facilities and equipment. He managed all mechanical and electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on a 120,000sq. ft. manufacturing facility and automated high speed production line. At NEI, Andrew is involved in the upgrade of medium and low voltage electrical equipment at the Denver Metro Wastewater plant and in various projects for Thornton and Northglenn High Schools.
Andrew is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Colorado.
