| NEI was hired as the
electrical design engineer for a 3.5MW hydro electric power plant. NEI's design included generator, plant controls, 5kV and 25kV switchgear, and switchyard.
NEI was responsible for producing the complete electrical engineering design documents. NEI
also provided interconnection coordination with the utility. NEI performed short circuit and coordination studies and provided relay settings.
NEI provided the following services:

- Submittal evaluation for major equipment
