Erica is the Technical Director of Renewable Physical, leading a team of engineers and designers in the physical design of renewable substations. Erica holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University and has a background in Civil/Physical design of both utility and renewable substations, as well as BESS design. Her experience also includes procurement and construction support for EPC contractors.
