Ryan is NEI’s Technical Director of Renewable Site Development, providing leadership for civil design and permitting support for renewable facilities, utility substations, and transmission lines. Ryan’s industry experience focuses heavily on site development as well as adapting civil designs to local codes and regulations.

He works closely with his team on civil design, environmental feasibility studies, hydrologic modeling, construction specifications, permitting, and construction support.

His biggest accomplishment outside of NEI was serving as the Commander of an engineer company in the Army.
