Zach serves as the Director of NEI’s Oil & Gas group, bringing over 12 years of experience in medium-voltage engineering and large-scale power delivery systems across the Permian Basin and beyond. His technical background spans utility voltage-conversion projects for IOUs in rural Oklahoma to leading the design of major distribution infrastructure in Texas, supporting the interconnection of hundreds of megawatts of industrial load.

In addition to his engineering expertise, Zach has a strong track record of servant leadership, scaling and developing high-performing technical teams, guiding business planning efforts, and leading groups of more than 50 professionals through rapid organizational growth.
