Catherine is the VP of Project Management at NEI. She has spent much of her career building deep operational expertise in the energy industry, both from investor-owned and cooperative perspectives. By focusing on the fundamentals of project and operational execution, she has driven business process improvement and the growth of strategic initiatives for several organizations.

With a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional certification, she combines strategic planning and operational best practices to drive continuous improvement and achieve client project outcomes.

Catherine strives to see the opportunities in challenges, focusing on problem-solving to promote client and employee satisfaction. As Winston Churchill stated, “A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.”
